A retreat page that books itself.
A working prototype of a Kajabi retreat page for a meditation teacher opening a new retreat house. Guests pick a date and a room, see real availability, register, pay through the existing Kajabi checkout and get their confirmation automatically. Every block is mapped to the Kajabi feature that powers it.

A meditation teacher opening a new retreat house wants to sell a few small weekends from one page. Guests need to choose a date and a private or shared room, a room must never be sold twice, and everything has to run through the Kajabi checkout they already use.
Build it as a working prototype rather than a mockup: real date and room selection, live availability, a waitlist when a room is full, and a registration form. Then label every block with the Kajabi feature that powers it, so the real build is a set-up job, not guesswork.
Hero, key facts, what’s included, the weekend schedule, the teacher and an FAQ. Calm, coastal and easy to read on any screen.
Three weekends each track their own places. In January the private room is sold out, so its button becomes Join the waitlist instead of a dead end.
Dietary needs, meditation experience, how you’ll arrive and anything the host should know. In Kajabi these are custom checkout fields, saved on the guest’s contact record.
No new payment setup. The host’s Kajabi checkout, receipts and payment settings stay exactly as they are, with the booking summary beside the form.
Confirmation email, a tag for that date and room, and a reminder with directions and a packing list 7 days before. The room count drops the moment someone books.
One switch labels every block with the Kajabi feature behind it, so the host can see exactly how their page is wired and update it later.
This is the real prototype, running inside a phone. Pick a weekend, choose a room and go through the booking. Nothing is charged.
