The retreat

Slow down with the tide.

Each weekend follows the rhythm of the coast. We sit together at dawn, keep the mornings silent, and walk the marsh when the water pulls back. You don't need any experience. You only need to arrive.

The house is new to retreats, so every group is small. Seven guests, one teacher, and plenty of room to be quiet.

  • All meals, vegetarian and cooked fresh

Your teacher
“Nothing to achieve. Just a quiet house, the sound of the marsh, and time to notice what's already here.”

Retreats are led by the house's founder, who has taught meditation to beginners for over a decade. Small groups mean everyone gets time and attention.

Questions

Before you book

I've never meditated. Is this for me?

Yes. Every session is guided, and the first evening covers the basics. About half of each group is new to meditation.

Is the whole weekend silent?

Only the mornings, until lunch. The rest of the time you can talk, rest, read or walk.

Can I share a room with a friend?

Yes. Book two shared places and add your friend's name in “Anything we should know”. We'll put you together.

What if I need to cancel?

Example policy for this prototype: a full refund up to 30 days before, then credit toward a future retreat. The real policy comes from the host.

How do I get there?

By train to the nearest station, where we collect you at 15:30 on Friday, or by car with free parking at the house.

Kajabi: FAQ section. Directions and packing list are repeated in the reminder email so guests don't have to come back here.
